The room was spacious, had a nice balcony view, and came with useful extras: a private iron and ironing board, plus a coffee machine. Check-in went smoothly even though I arrived in the evening. Reception wasn't staffed late, but the bar staff helped without trouble, and booking ahead seemed to help. The short beachfront is pleasant for a quick walk, though a pier at one end and a river mouth at the other make it too limited for a longer stroll. The pool was cleaned, refilled and treated with chlorine during my stay, though it didn't seem to have permanent filtration. Coffee capsules in the minibar cost about 80 THB each, which felt overpriced. My main issue was the noise. The hotel is on a busy street and the doors don't block sound well. Road-facing rooms, especially on the second floor and outside the bungalows, can be very loud. I had to buy earplugs at 7-Eleven to sleep properly. Reception also isn't staffed in the evening, so you have to go to the restaurant or bar for check-in or questions. The hotel is decent and comfortable, with a few things to consider when choosing a room.

We decided not to spend even one night here. The room smelled bad, was shabby and stained, with dirty windows and a filthy rooftop terrace. It seemed only superficially cleaned. My wife wasn't willing to sleep in that bed in those conditions. The room photos on Booking.com didn't match what we found. The property looked neglected throughout: the reception seating was heavily stained and dirty, the pool and lounge areas were poorly maintained, and the portable toilet was extremely unpleasant. The restaurant also looked dirty and run-down. Staff seemed uninterested, and when we raised our concerns the manager became defensive and dismissive instead of engaging with the issues. We were offered a room change, but declined because the whole property appeared to be in similar condition. Although we didn't use the accommodation at all, they refused a refund under the cancellation policy, despite the service not matching what was advertised. They also denied a partial or goodwill refund, so we're pursuing the matter through Booking.com. This place is absolutely not recommended, and we'd strongly advise future guests to avoid it.

The beach and all the greenery around the place are nice, but the room was smaller than I expected, a little worn, and barely had any amenities. The balconies connect to each other without real dividers, so privacy isn't guaranteed. When I got there around 5pm, nobody was at reception and check-in took longer than it should have. I booked after reading glowing reviews, but left a bit disappointed. I'm usually generous with reviews, yet it didn't feel worth the price. I expected more.

We were a family of four staying for five nights. The room was lovely and spacious, but there wasn't enough hot water for all of us. After two quick showers, we had to wait an hour for more. Our family room was beside reception, and the water pump kept switching on and off day and night. It was very loud and irritating.
