Bliston Suwan Park View

The staff made our stay especially enjoyable. Everyone we met was kind, friendly, and helpful. The location was handy for shopping and meals, with CentralWorld and Dior House nearby. Our 2-Bedroom Platinum Suite had plenty of room and storage, so we could put away all our shopping. The in-room washer and dryer were a huge help after arriving from Hua Hin with several days of laundry, and the hotel had joined two twin beds into one large bed, which the kids loved. Breakfast was simple and plain. For more choice, Sarnies Roastery is just across the way and has excellent food and coffee. We had a wonderful stay at Bliston, and would recommend it to families or anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient place in Bangkok.

Getting around was easy, with the BTS just a four-minute walk away. Our room at the Bliston Suwan Hotel was unexpectedly spacious and had a full kitchen, which made it feel comfortable. The washer-dryer in the room was the best part, and really useful during the trip. There’s a shower in the bathroom too, though the video ended before I could show it. A very convenient, comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

I booked a room with breakfast, though the options were quite basic and the coffee wasn’t great. The kitchenette was useful for us as a family, but we had to ask for basics like towels and tissue paper. Housekeeping also missed some things at check-in, including dirty socks and a used pool towel. They did respond to most of our requests, though. Even with those details, I liked the place and would stay again. The location is superb and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was my first time at this Serviced Residence, and I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. I hope Management pays attention to the small details that affect guests’ comfort.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and check-in staff were professional. The disappointing part was how they handled an honest booking mistake. I’d selected the wrong month through Hotels.com, realized it within 90 minutes of making the reservation, and paid again on arrival for the correct dates. The first reservation went unused, and I stayed and paid in full, but the hotel wouldn’t approve a refund or credit. Staff also refused to let me speak to a manager. They followed the policy, but the lack of flexibility or goodwill left a bad impression.
