We stayed longer than planned because we loved the place. It’s quiet, with large updated rooms, a pool, sauna, and gym, and you can find what you need just out front within minutes. The service was great, too. We often ordered food in, and they’d bring plates, cutlery, and trays without us even asking. We used the pool often. Some websites say it’s for kids, but it was deep enough for us. Getting a Grab or taxi can sometimes be difficult, though the staff call drivers they know to help. Smart TVs would be a nice addition. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I spent 12 days here working remotely and getting some peace, and I don’t regret it. It felt like home in this quiet neighborhood, about 30 minutes from the noise of Chiang Mai. The host was the best I’ve had, even after all my travels. They were super friendly and invited me along on a couple of local visits. There are lots of coffee shops nearby, and guests can use the hotel bicycles. If you want somewhere quiet and friendly, this is perfect.

The pool, fitness room, and library are all there, and you can eat outside while looking out at lovely views. Inside, the solid wood furniture gives the place an old-school Lanna feel, balanced by a modern, tasteful look and comfortable beds with all the amenities. It’s quiet but still close to super highway route 11. Khun Gai is a wonderful host, and for the price it’s a bargain.

The owner has put a lot of care into the construction and room decor, and it feels like staying at a friend’s place. It’s quiet and reasonably priced. Fully recommend it.
