They felt like family to me, so warm and welcoming. The place is in the middle of Koh Phangan, with shops and the beach nearby, but still far enough away to unwind. They also offer lots of services and help with tours. Please stay with these lovely people.

I’ve traveled a lot, including around Thailand, and nothing like this has happened to me before. A few hours after checking out, I began getting alerts for attempted purchases on my credit cards. The bank declined every one. My husband and I had left those same cards in the hotel’s “safe” deposit box during our stay. We almost never put our cards in a safe, and this was the one time we did. The incident left me deeply disappointed and completely unable to trust the hotel’s security. I would not recommend staying here.

The location was handy, close to 7/11 and plenty of restaurants, and I enjoyed being on the beach. But getting around is dull and expensive if you don’t rent a scooter, since taxis cost $$$. There are no deliveries or Grabs. Over my 13 days, the housekeepers gave me dirty looks every day and smiled just once. I think they’re fed up with tourists in Koh Phagnan.

The receptionists were so kind, and the hotel is right in front of where the full moon party takes place. A perfect place to stay in ko phangan, definitely recommended!

We paid 10x for a room on full moon night, then came back from the beach to find no water in the washroom. The reception isn’t open 24*7, so there was nobody to hear about the problem at night.
