Tantawan Sea View Residence 山海居

Such a peaceful place to watch the sunset, with an amazing view. The staff were polite and helpful, and I loved staying here. If you're after somewhere calm, this is a great spot.

There are cats and a bunny around, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. The rooms were nice and very clean. I had a great time here, especially with the beautiful setting near nature and lovely beaches. The infinity pool has a gorgeous view.

The view is great and the staff were quick to help and respond. I liked the hotel, though I wish the rooms were better maintained. There was mold inside the AC, for example.

Stay away. The room had insects, stained linens, and damage including a piece of wood sticking out. It looked nothing like the advertised photos. The property is high up on a mountain, and our car couldn't make it up, leaving us to walk a considerable distance. That access problem hadn't been disclosed before booking. When I asked to move to a cleaner, more suitable room, management said there would be an extra charge and did not help. I had to find somewhere else after just one night, and I'm still waiting for Booking to refund me.
