Our group of five girls had such a memorable stay at The Willow. The owner was one of the sweetest hosts we’ve met, and she really looked after us. We were welcomed with cool drinks and water, which made us feel at ease straight away. The place was tidy and thoughtfully set up, but what stood out most was her care. We were going to the Full Moon Party, and she made sure we got there safely. Then, when we had an early ferry, she got up, drove us to the port, and made sure we arrived in time. We would have been in trouble without her. Her warmth and attention made the trip special. If you want a stay that feels like family, The Willow is a great choice.

Fernando and the staff made this one of my best stays of the vacation. He really cares about guests and helped me when a scooter rental place tried to scam me. He came with me there, and I even got my money back. They also arrange lots of activities, and on our first night we had a barbecue with Fernando and the staff. I’d happily return to this hostel if I’m back on Koh Phangan. Thanks for a fantastic time, I won’t forget it!

The Willow made my time in Koh phangan feel complete, and I’m definitely coming back. It’s a place that brings people together and makes you fall for the island, the kind of hostel a backpacker hopes to find. I felt relaxed knowing my valuables were safe, and the facilities were excellent. Fernando and the staff were wonderful with guests. They made us feel at home abroad and treated us like close friends. I’m glad we got to know each other, and I hope the friendship lasts for years. Every moment there felt special, like being at home away from home.

The rooms are clean, modern, and really nice, with new renovations and good quality throughout. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. There’s a good restaurant, ‘Seed to Feed’, next door, and a 7-eleven just a short walk away.

We love this place and come often, but this visit we were charged for the baby to swim, which hasn’t happened before. We always pay for the adults and older kids, so we were just confused about the change. Maybe the policy is different now. Prices for some things could be a bit lower, too. We bought ginger shots and a few other mixes, but by the time we got home they weren’t good.
