The room at Sabai House was spacious and really clean. Cleaning staff came by each day with water and toilet roll, and they were so kind to us. The location worked perfectly, about 10 minutes from the pier and one minute from the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We had an amazing stay and would happily come back.

The rooms were very clean, and they even provided earbuds and dental amenities. For the price, it was a great catch. The location is superb, with the beach a minute away and everything close by. The staff were amazing, especially Pirat, who was so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place on Phi Phi.

I booked this room because it was peak time during NYE, but next time I'll look for somewhere else. The small windows in the corridors made it feel like nighttime all day, and you could still hear the beach party at night.

Great deck space, a good location, and friendly cats. The bed was comfortable, though having only one fleece blanket wasn't ideal. Room service was hit and miss. I left the sign on the door for eight hours without getting service. The first morning, a staff member's alarm rang for 30 minutes, and I had to wake them up myself to turn it off. The top floor is an open loft, so nightclub music carries right overhead until 3 or 4am.

The restaurant food was great, and the view in the monsoon was surreal!
