Diamond Beach Resort

The restaurant at the resort was mediocre. We had a beachfront room, which I think is the best choice there, with a spectacular view of the sea. Our room was far from the Coconut Bar, so its loud music didn’t bother us much. Rooms nearer the bar must get very noisy until 11 pm. The lack of shelves or a wardrobe felt odd.

(Sai Kaew Beach), Koh Samet ✨🌊 The calm mornings were my favorite, with light waves and a cool breeze. Diamond Beach has soft white sand and clear turquoise water, and it’s easy to reach. From nearby accommodation, it’s only a few steps to the shore, handy for a quick swim or a sunset walk. The places to stay around Diamond Beach are simple and cozy, with what you need for a comfortable break. They aren’t luxurious, but the friendly, easygoing feel makes it easy to relax. At night, beachfront restaurants, music, and fire shows bring a livelier island atmosphere. You can spend your time swimming, sitting on the sand, or enjoying the nightlife. I’d happily return for another seaside getaway. 💙

Breakfast was pretty boring. The bungalows are nicely placed right on the beach, though their furnishings and shower room feel a bit cheap. In the room, there was only a water boiler, with no cups or glasses. We got one towel for the shower and none for hands or face.

For the price, it’s decent, especially with the beach, bars, and plenty of restaurants right nearby. The room was clean, though the bathroom layout could be improved. Breakfast choices were very limited.
