Good value for the price. The hotel was clean and cozy, with a roomy room and staff who were great. Internet worked really well, there was parking for cars and bikes, and lots to do nearby.

The quiet little setting was a real plus. It's close to all the bars, but we barely heard any noise, and we had no mosquitoes in the room even though there were plenty around the island. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with lots of storage, a proper comforter, good AC and hot water. We got there at 9am after more than 12 hours of travel on check-in day. The previous guest had only left that morning, but the kind staff made cleaning our room a priority. We waited about an hour and were able to check in at 10am. The honest staff, comfortable room, and great location make Baan Pitcha easy to recommend.

The location in Lamai is so handy, with everything close by. The restaurant-lined commercial road is right downstairs, and the beach is a four-minute walk away. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff aren't always around, but when you call, they answer straight away.

We missed our ferry, and the staff kindly drove us to the next bus so we could catch another one. The rooms were comfortable and spacious too.
