The staff’s behavior left me very disappointed. We’d agreed with the owner Jeff that we could leave at 2pm, but the only English-speaking lady started shouting at me when we did. The day before, she’d said we could store our luggage, which turned out to be a complete lie. We ended up being kicked out of the apartment like criminals. The facilities were dirty, too. The pool was so disgusting we couldn’t swim, and the pool and balcony furniture should be thrown away. The bathrooms look designed for Instagram, but they need much better cleaning. They also said rooms are cleaned every three days, and that’s an absolute lie. The location isn’t great and doesn’t feel safe at night if you’re only girls. I honestly can’t recommend this place. I was very disappointed by the staff and the whole place.

I’ve stayed at more than 50 hotels and villas in Thailand over the last few years, and this was the most disappointing. With its high Booking rating, I didn’t expect such a bad experience. Villa 6 turned out to be a small, dark room. It was noisy, offered no privacy, and the entrance was right on the road. Worst of all, there was a sewage smell. My wife is pregnant and couldn’t breathe normally. We had no electricity all day. When we reported the problems and asked to move rooms, they offered us one at a rate 1.5 times higher. No thanks, we moved to a better hotel.

The pool was very nice, and the property is away from the main roads, so it’s quiet. You’ll need transportation, though, and don’t let them suggest Santa Travel (bikes), they’re very shady. The room worked well for a family, with a cradle, bunk beds, an open living room, and a kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, there are tons of rooms, the wifi is adequate, and Netflix is available. Service was a different story. Our outside light never worked, and there were a ton of ants outside. There’s no service at night, so be ready to contact them to clear the garbage or change the beds. They brought us garbage bags and expected us to replace them ourselves. I’ve never paid for hotel service and then been handed a roll of garbage bags to do the job myself. Also, clean your couches, they’re disgusting!
