The pool rarely seems to be cleaned, and security feels very low, maybe nonexistent. The bedroom doors don’t lock and there’s nowhere to store valuables. Service is decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The villa and the food were wonderful, and the team made our vacation better than we expected. From my first contact with Jeremy and Brody through to meeting our Guest Manager, Kun, the service was exceptional. The personal touches and arrangements were all handled so well. Mr Joe and Miss Sa were absolutely fabulous during our stay. They were attentive, efficient, and very helpful, making sure all our needs were taken care of. I can’t fault the staff or the team, only praise the amazing service. It was a perfect stay, and we can’t wait to plan another visit.
