Ban Keaw Villas

The location worked well for us, with night markets nearby and the beach close enough for a swim. Food markets and shops are right across the road, and KOB King of Bread is a standout for breakfast and coffee. Big C is about a 15-minute walk to the left of the driveway, with a few smaller shops along the way. Inside, the villas feel like a quiet resort tucked away from the busy streets. The owner or staff greet you warmly and show you along garden paths to your villa. Everything is well kept, and the staff make sure it’s spotless every day. There’s a small, lovely pool where you can unwind and watch the trees move in the breeze. Mimi and her team can also make delicious meals if you want to eat on site. A lovely place to spend a week relaxing. We enjoyed every minute.

We had a great time here with our 1 year old. The photos on Google and Booking don’t really show how lovely it is, you have to see it in person. There are just 7 rooms across several buildings, set in an impressive, immaculate garden. We hardly saw other guests, so it felt very private. The staff were kind and helpful, including with our laundry and finding a scooter. The attention to detail throughout was incredible, everything seemed in its place. We’d recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The garden is such a green oasis. You wouldn’t expect that from the outside, since Ban Kaew Villas is on a busy road, but once you’re inside it feels like another world. Our villa was clean and beautifully furnished, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. We especially appreciated the welcome coconut.

We were a family of three with a 15months old toddler, and spent three nights at Ban Kaew Villas in September 2025. The Dara Villa suited us well, with two bedrooms upstairs, a spacious bathroom, living room, and a lovely outdoor deck and patio with a cabana looking over the lush jungle style landscape. Downstairs there’s a kitchen and lounge area in the beautiful traditional Thai cabin on stilts. Mimi was a welcoming, organized, and helpful host. The grounds and pool feel like an amazing oasis, while groceries, king of bread cafe, and the night market are close by. It’s a comfortable stay with good facilities and home comforts, and a more authentic experience. We’d certainly recommend it. Thank you.
