What stayed with me most was the personal care throughout my visit to Banyan Tree. From small requests to my overall comfort, everything was handled warmly and efficiently, with real attention. My villa host, Tak, deserves special mention. She was kind, thoughtful and always there when I needed her, and her hospitality felt sincere rather than formal. Each interaction was personal and reassuring, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The team follows up carefully, remembers preferences and makes guests feel valued. That kind of effortless, personal service is rare. I’m grateful for a fabulous experience and the lovely memories.

The resort staff were friendly and helpful at all hours, and I’m grateful for a great stay. I booked through my Chase Sapphire Reserve card and got an early check-in and room upgrade at no extra cost. Our concierge MM helped plan all our activities and made sure my girlfriend had a great birthday. Ruang, our Muay Thai coach, taught us so much about Muay Thai. I’d recommend a private lesson with him. He was also attentive and helpful whenever we were at the beach.

The breakfast team made each morning a treat, with warm, attentive service, a first-class atmosphere, and food selection and quality among the best we’ve had at a hotel. Banyan Tree Samui is one of the most beautiful resorts we’ve visited, and we’ll definitely return. The villas, ocean views and privacy are stunning, and everything feels luxurious, elegant and well maintained. From the moment we arrived, it was easy to relax. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming, with hospitality that felt built into the culture. Mr. Ta took especially wonderful care of us, always kind, helpful and attentive. His positive attitude and dedication made the stay even more memorable. Nee did a great job during my visit to Banyan Tree Spa. I booked a 60-minute full-body massage followed by a 30-minute facial massage, and both were carried out professionally and with care. Nee was attentive and skilled, making the session relaxing and enjoyable. The massage quality impressed me, and I left feeling refreshed and completely satisfied. Thanks, Nee. I’d recommend the spa and would happily return.

Our villa was beautiful and peaceful, and the resort never felt crowded. The shared facilities, food and spa were all stellar, and we especially loved the massages from Charlene and Tiara. My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Banyan Tree Samui, and the service from the whole Banyan Tree staff went above and beyond. It was one of our best travel experiences, and we can’t recommend it enough.
