Lamai Beach is close by, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. We stayed four nights and had a really nice time. The room was small, but it had what we needed: a closet, air conditioning, a fan, and a mini fridge. The staff were lovely, and the moped we rented from them for two days was in great shape. It cost 200 baht per day. We’d happily stay here again.

We keep coming back to C Samui. This was our third stay, and we love the area. The guesthouse is near both the beach and Lamai night market. We’ll definitely return.

I was unsure where to take my laundry near my hotel, Crystal Lamai, since several nearby places had mixed reviews about stains and bad smells. I left a load here yesterday for 150 baht, I think it was 50 baht per kilo, and got everything back today in under 24 hours, in great condition. When I went to collect it, they seemed to be on a break, but had left my clothes neatly packed in a bag. I left the ticket on the desk and will be back with more laundry.

The room was nice, but the bathroom didn’t look good, especially the sink, which could use improvement. The TV didn’t work and seemed to be there just for decoration. For what they offer, 800 baht feels steep.
