Cape Fahn Hotel – Private Islands Samui

What made Cape Fahn special for us was the people. The staff were warm, caring, and attentive throughout, whether arranging activities, sharing recommendations, or simply checking in with a smile. The whole experience felt personal and thoughtfully put together from the moment we boarded the little boat to the private island. The dining was another highlight. Breakfast was relaxed and uncrowded, with fantastic pastries. Long Dtai served an incredible Southern Thai meal with unforgettable views, and the creative, delicious cocktails at Hue impressed us too. Our villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and private, with a peaceful pool overlooking the water. It balanced modern comfort with island charm. Even when the resort was busy, it felt calm, almost like our own little slice of paradise. The atmosphere, privacy, design, food, and people all came together. We left refreshed and grateful, already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended for a romantic, relaxing luxury escape.

We spent five nights here in December 2025. The resort felt private, and even breakfast never seemed crowded. The breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection for a five night stay. The pastries were especially well done, and there was an incredible spread. Long Dtai, the in house Michelin Guide restaurant, is worth trying for its Southern food and cocktails. Go early to catch the stunning sunset view. Cape Fahn runs ferry trips between the mainland and the hotel as needed. It was very convenient for midday breaks to try other places to eat or explore, so we didn’t feel stuck at the resort. Service was consistently great at every level, from the boatman to the waitresses. Special thanks to Dima and Neef for being great hosts.
