Centara Villas Samui

The family suite gave our family of 4 plenty of room, and the plunge pool was great when the kids wanted to keep swimming while we relaxed. The room was a little dated and needed some maintenance, but the team responded quickly and were very helpful. Anu and her team looked after us at the bar and restaurant for 7 days and were excellent. There’s a lovely pool overlooking the beach, nice rooms, and beautiful, well kept gardens. There are lots of stairs, which didn’t bother us, but could matter if mobility is an issue. The location is quiet and good for relaxing, and Cool bar right next door is an awesome bonus. We could easily get a Grab to Lamai or Chaweng.

Each guest gets a private villa that’s self contained, and you can have all three meals at the resort. It seems like a good fit for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to unplug. Breakfast is buffet only, though, and I’d have preferred an à la carte choice since I don’t eat much. The resort is tucked away from town, so you need to walk around 1 mile or take a shuttle to get access. They do offer one, but you have to sign up the day before.

Mam and Jeab deserve a special thank you for going above and beyond. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel so well looked after and turned the stay into an unforgettable experience. Centara Villas Samui itself is beautiful and peaceful, with lovely villas, views, pool areas, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff made us feel welcome right from arrival. We’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui and would happily stay again.

A lovely quiet spot on the island, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were so kind and wonderful, and our servers Puky and Mam knew our group by name. They were friendly and attentive the whole time. We really enjoyed our stay at Centara Villas and will definitely return.
