Chaweng Garden Beach Resort

The team made our wedding and stay feel unforgettable. A special thank you to Ging, the restaurant manager, who was always there making sure things went smoothly and making us feel cared for. Krab, our wedding planner, was outstanding too. Organising a wedding from overseas can be stressful, but his communication was flawless and he handled every detail so thoughtfully and professionally. The setup by the pool was beautiful, and the restaurant looked incredible, exactly as we'd pictured or even better. We hosted a cabaret night before the wedding, with canapés and cocktails, and it was such a fun, memorable evening. The wedding day itself went perfectly. Food and drinks were consistently amazing throughout the stay. Breakfast each morning was lovely too, with plenty of choices and good quality food. Staff also helped our guests arrange tours and activities. We had around 70 guests staying for a week or longer, and everyone had a wonderful time. The location is right in the middle of everything, but still relaxed and welcoming. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the pool was spotless. It also worked so well for families. Many of our guests had young children, and the hotel looked after them with kids' meals and little extras, including sand toys. We enjoyed being close to ARK Bar for a bit of fun. Our garden rooms were completely quiet, though the planes overhead were quite loud. We didn't mind, and found ourselves looking up whenever one went past. We spent 10 perfect days celebrating with family and friends at Chaweng Garden Beach Resort. It feels authentic, relaxed, and welcoming, with lovely food, excellent service, and a team that truly cares. We couldn't fault a thing. We loved the beach, and the staff were lovely. There's an onsite massage that's cheaper than the ones on the street. Beach clubs are nearby, but once we were in the room we couldn't hear anything. The teenage lads loved it. We sat on bean bags between The elegant club and Ark bar to listen to the music, and nobody hassled us to buy drinks. The planes coming and going were fun to watch.

Our beach bungalow was very good and close to the beach and restaurant. Golf buggies took us from reception along sandy paths, with shade from trees, shrubs, and flowers all around. The beach looked good, and the staff seemed helpful and friendly. We were only there one night after a flight change, so we didn't have time for the food or pools and left too early for breakfast. Central Samui is about a four-minute walk away, with loads of bars, restaurants, and shops. The main downside was the planes taking off low over the hotel, which seems to be right at the end of the runway. They stopped around 10 at night. I think it suits families better than older people like us, but I wouldn't rule out staying briefly again.

The beachfront was the highlight for us. We were only steps from the sea, with the sound of the waves and sunsets that gave us moments we'll remember for a long time. The pool was lovely too, clean and relaxing amid all the tropical greenery, and breakfast each morning had a great range of fresh food. We had a beautiful ground-floor room, so we could step right outside and feel close to the lush surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. From the first moment, the place felt warm and calm, and we settled in right away. Our five magical nights at Chaweng Garden Beach Resort were unforgettable. It's more than a resort, with comfort, beauty, and real tranquility. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommend.
