If you know what you're getting, it's good value for the money. The hotel is near bars and tourist attractions, but nearby music is loud enough that you'll need ear plugs to sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, and motorbikes are available to rent. The rooms aren't new, but look neat, and the place is clean. We had soap, toilet paper, and towels; I would have liked shampoo as well.

The staff were very nice and friendly, and the beach is just across the road. There's no pool, but you can rent a bike at reception for a very reasonable price. The rooms are huge and very old, but it's cheap and cheerful right in the middle of the main strip. You get what you pay for. As far as I remember, it was quiet. I'd stay again.
