Floral House Samui

I stayed long term at Floral house and would gladly recommend it. There's a friendly, familiar atmosphere, while everyone still respects each other's privacy. The owners and Bow, the contact person, are helpful and welcoming. The gardens are very well kept, and the swimming pool is spotless and comfortable. Houses and apartments come with or without kitchens, and some houses also have seafew. It's near Lamai and offers a lot for the price. In high season the main road can get pretty busy.

There were small and large problems throughout. I booked through Airbnb, and after the lease ended they were supposed to change the listing photos because they showed a twin property in better condition. I had to stay anyway, since finding somewhere else quickly in December was difficult. The manager still acts like a child who won't admit being caught with her hand in the cookie jar. They seem to get by on expedients, even skimping on silicone to stop rainwater coming in, as shown in the picture. They may be able to get my Airbnb review removed, as the negative TripAdvisor reviews have disappeared.

A shady, cool place with trees around the house, plus a swimming pool. It's fully equipped, so you can move in with just one bag. I'd recommend renting here.

We spent a month here and had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and peaceful near the forest, with a well-kept area full of lovely plants and trees. It was lovely hearing the wind in the trees, birds singing, and squirrels playing. I'd love to come back someday.
