I lost 12 kg during a 20-day detox here, and found the results worth the effort. It wasn't exactly a vacation: detox can leave you tired and affect your mood or sleep, though the vitamins and nutrients in the well-structured program kept hunger away and made it manageable. The beachfront setting was beautiful and calming, a good place to focus on health. The team were fantastic, professional, supportive, and approachable. Health managers Nicola and Eva were caring and attentive, and helped me feel secure throughout. Hotel manager Tik and the rest of the staff were kind and always ready to help with a smile. Many of the guests I met were repeat visitors, which says a lot about the place. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to prioritize their health. Afterward, take time to explore Thailand. It's an amazing place.

The environment was something I really liked, and I met some lovely people during my stay. I was here about seven weeks ago for a 10-day fast. The fasting program was well structured, and the staff were very attentive. I'd definitely go back if I get the chance.

The staff here are unreal, always smiling and happy to help. Ava and Nicola know so much about health and wellbeing, and they share it in a way that makes you feel completely welcome and comfortable. The yoga, massages, and other treatments are all distinctive, and the peaceful beachfront setting and facilities are top quality. This was my third visit, and my 14-day detox went flawlessly. It keeps getting better. I plan to come back every year and bring as many friends as I can.
