Hi Samui Hostel

The staff were lovely and attentive, and I'd happily come back. It's a peaceful, well-equipped place where you can eat on-site, in Choeng Mon near restaurants and the beach.

The location was handy, close to beaches, shops, and plenty of restaurants, and the staff were really friendly. The rooms were roomy enough for the number of guests, and there are parking spaces outside. But the second floor and bathrooms had a strong smell. It seemed like they might be cleaning without proper disinfectants or detergents. The mattresses were uncomfortable too, with the metal bars of the bunk beds easy to feel underneath. For what I paid, I think there are better places in the area.

I didn't stay at the hostel, but the staff arranged a transfer for me. They were amazing, friendly, and really helpful. It was also the cheapest price I found in the area.

We were there for six nights, and the rooms were clean with great service throughout. The staff were so kind and quickly arranged taxis and boats for the full moon party. It's a lovely, quiet area beside a beautiful beach. We liked being here even though it's outside Chaweng. I'd definitely recommend it.
