The owner welcomed us warmly, and the staff were attentive throughout, making sure everything was right. They even offered us a late check-out so we could spend longer by the pool that afternoon. Phee, the manager, gave us a tour of the hotel, including the massage rooms, private cinema and other activities. The views were stunning, the pool was incredible, and our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking both the pool and the sea. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one stands out. An unforgettable experience!

Getting in and out is the one real hassle. The hill is so long and steep that driving or walking it isn’t easy, so you need to take the free hotel shuttle down. If the car isn’t ready, you may have to wait, and the shuttle only runs from 8am-10pm. The food was lovely, though it costs much more than eating elsewhere. The views were the best I’ve ever seen, and photos don’t do them justice. The room was the best I’ve stayed in, and the staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault the hotel facilities. Thank you!

Tay was especially helpful, always smiling and looking after us so well. The food was very good and there was plenty of it, and we loved the pools. From the resort, the jungle, ocean, and nearby islands make an incredible view, with sunsets on sunny days. It felt like a luxurious home, with facilities to match. We had such a great time here, the best resort we’ve stayed at in Thailand, and we’d definitely come back. No need to leave for a thing.

The house is beautiful, and I really appreciated the art inside. We had a great time. If I had one thing to suggest improving, it would be the gym.
