My stay included a deeply disappointing encounter with Nom and Pui. I politely asked for a 1 PM checkout because I had an important meeting scheduled in the room. Instead of explaining the policy or trying to help, they responded with hostility. I was told, “We don’t care if you leave a bad review — that’s your choice.” Nom then shouted, “You know how it is here!” in front of a full lobby. It felt deliberately humiliating. No one tried to calm things down or provide professional service. There was no help with my luggage on arrival or departure either. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager “was not here,” and nobody offered to pass along a message or follow up. This was the most confrontational and unprofessional customer service I've experienced. I strongly recommend management review the lobby camera footage and address staff training immediately.

We really liked the hotel and its central spot on Main Street, close to everything. We didn't hear much outside noise, but could hear people in other rooms. The rooms were clean and simply styled, and there's a pool. Each day they left water and toilet paper outside the door, even when we hadn't requested room cleaning. Highly recommended, thank you.

The location was the best thing about this place. We had two rooms: one was fine, but the other smelled damp and mouldy. Loose power points, lights that didn’t work, a disappointing bathroom, and a window facing a wall made that room gloomy. It was okay overall, just nothing special.

A hard no. The clubs and Cabaret Show across the way go until sunrise, and even earplugs didn’t let me sleep. Staff couldn’t help, and management wasn’t available. I’m surprised more people don’t mention the noise. The bedding isn’t 100% cotton, which unfortunately seems common in Thailand. The shower is poor quality, fixed about two metres up, and sprays in every direction. There’s no handheld shower.
