Melia Koh Samui

The pool was temporarily closed during our stay, but the team offered compensation and handled it so smoothly that we felt looked after right away. Siri ❤️🥰, the manager, and receptionist K and Miu 🥰 were especially kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. We've stayed in plenty of high-end hotels, and this was honestly one of our best experiences. The warmth, professionalism, and hospitality were there from start to finish. The hotel itself was amazing, and the team's service made it unforgettable. Thank you for such a memorable visit. We'll definitely return and recommend the hotel to others. Wishing you all the best. Leaving was so hard, I actually had tears in my eyes. The rooms are huge and thoughtfully designed, with table tennis, kids' movies, and activities to keep everyone busy. There are five pools and lagoons, plenty of loungers and sea beds, and a poolside restaurant serving tasty food that suits the setting. The resort sits right on one of the best beaches I've visited. You can walk straight from the pool to the sand and water, then spend hours there. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The Kids Club was a real hit with the children. It was fun and well organized, and helped make our family holiday even better. We also loved the food, with every meal feeling like a treat. Meliá Koh Samui had a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, plus a stunning beach and clear sea. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a family trip to Koh Samui.

We spent a very relaxing stay at Melia Koh Samui. The spa and massage treatments made the trip even more enjoyable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, with clear water and a stunning ocean view. The Breeza restaurant was a highlight. Its Spanish dishes were especially delicious and well prepared. Everyone on staff was welcoming, and Siri was particularly kind and helpful, always ready to assist. Her warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and cared for. I'd definitely love to return.
