MM Hill Hotel

This was a cozy, quiet place to rest during my work trip. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the room spotless, and I was so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning. The kind, helpful staff made me feel very well looked after. Although it's centrally located, it was peaceful at night. White Umbrella Market is very close, and a 7-Eleven is just steps away for anything you might need. Highly recommended. I'd definitely stay again.

The price is good compared with other places in koh samui, and I'd definitely stay again. Rooms are clean, there's a pool, and the location is good. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

We didn't stay even one night. The room smelled of faeces, had mould on the walls, and even a shoe print on the ceiling. We left within ten minutes, but any refund was rejected. The pool is small with no room to sunbathe, and the hotel is miles from anything, so it seems desolate unless you're renting a scooter. This was the worst hotel we've seen so far. Wouldn't recommend it. Don't waste your time or money.

The room was spacious and had a nice mountain view. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and I appreciated the mini fridge, kettle, and wardrobe. Staff and owners were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean with daily service and fresh water bottles. Still, I had trouble sleeping because the road noise was extremely loud and the room wasn't soundproof. Construction next door also disturbed the privacy on the balcony. The furniture and rooms feel dated and could use renovation. The shower swung between scalding hot and freezing cold, and I saw little bugs looking for food. There isn't a sidewalk to walk anywhere nearby, so you have to use the road alongside dangerous traffic.
