The staff are very friendly, and the location is great for walking to samui airport. It can be noisy before midnight, but to my surprise it gets quiet after that until the first flight around 7 am.

We missed our ferry to Ko Phangan after our flight during the Full Moon Party and found that almost every place to stay was sold out. The very friendly host saved us with a room for the night. The rooms were clean and everything was great.

The lady running the place was the best part of my short stay. She was genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful, gave me a lift to the bus I needed, and rented me her moped without any fuss. You'll need one if you're heading into central samui. The area looks rough, and the rooms are basic, but they're spacious and clean with great air conditioning. If you need an inexpensive stay near the airport, it's a good choice.

A simple little hostel on a quiet road near the airport, handy for a cheap one-night stay. The woman running it is super nice and can sort out a motorcycle or arrange a taxi, whatever you need.

It's a nice hotel apartment, hosted by a lovely thai lady who was really helpful. On my first night she even got her sister to ride me into town. It's a good fit for scooter riders, since central Samui isn't far away.
