The property is noisy and badly maintained. The air conditioning units are rusty and loud enough to keep guests from sleeping at night. Broken gutters send water off the roof onto the electrical systems and air conditioners, which could be hazardous. The owner is rude and unwelcoming to everyone, and treats people with extreme disrespect. This place is horrible. I wouldn't stay here even if I were paid.
