The staff were so friendly and ready to help with anything. I had a late-night flight, and they let me use the pool until my airport transfer arrived. Thanks to the whole team, especially the front desk manager, for the wonderful service and exemplary rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a beautiful, clean room and pleasant furniture. Truly an amazing hotel, and definitely where I’ll stay next time I return to Koh Samui.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we can warmly recommend this little hotel. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. Our room was spacious, with a good bathroom and free shampoo and soap. Breakfast was good, with fruit, granola and a freshly made omelet. We also got breakfast included, Chinese New Year coupons worth 888 THB per day for booking directly on their website, and a free daily minibar. We had a great stay!

The rooms are so nice that I’m not sure how this is only a 3 star hotel. Modern bathroom, good shower pressure, and great aircon. The staff are amazing and so friendly, and there’s a 7-11 about 2 minutes away. It’s in a quiet area, which was great compared with other hotels we’ve stayed in while travelling. The main beach and bar area of Chaweng is a long 10-15 minute walk, but that’s a good way to get your steps in. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel policy is shocking: refunds are only possible after 2 days, not on check-in day. We had to move the client to another hotel at our own expense, and it’s peak season now with no decent options available. We’d booked 5 days in advance, then on arrival day were told the hotel was overbooked. The alternatives they offered were three-star hotels with bad reviews. Be careful!

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were amazing. It’s a really nice hotel in a good location, not too far from Koh Samui Central. I’d recommend it for couples travelling Thailand who want a cheaper hotel that’s still really good.
