I was there for a training course, not as a guest. The seminar room was clean and nicely cool from the air conditioning. There were plenty of restrooms, all clean and smelling nice. I saw two large pools, and the accommodation seemed split into several areas. They looked appealing, especially the part by the beach. It seemed peaceful and private, with a great atmosphere. The beach view was calm. Staff were friendly and gave excellent service, and the food tasted great. I recommend the green curry.

The garden villa was lovely, and we could get out of bed and be at the beach beds in a minute. We really liked the place’s own charm, with Thai motifs and sculptures all around. It’s an older hotel, and a little investment in refreshing it could go a long way, but we were happy with it as it is. We loved staying here, right on a beautiful, quiet beach.

We loved the beach-side villa we stayed in, and the place has plenty of charm even though it’s older. The area is much quieter than the East coast, which suited us. Breakfast was the only letdown, it wasn’t anything special.

The room was clean, the private beach was beautiful, and the place to relax was nice. The service experience was the problem. The receptionist seemed racist and probably didn’t like South Asian people. When we came in, they acted like robots. We’d booked a pool view room but got the last one in that row, without a pool view. After we argued, they moved us to a better room. Then they kept us waiting several hours while our room was being made ready, which felt like they were doing it to get back at us. Aside from the service, the rest was good.

The reception staff greeted us with frowns and sharp stares, and spoke unpleasantly. It left me feeling like I wasn’t in Thailand.
