The villas are modern, new, and really comfortable, and coming back at the end of the day to our own plunge pool was a treat. The beach is right there, with hardly anyone around, so we mostly had it to ourselves. We only wish we’d stayed longer. Everything we needed was nearby: 7 Eleven and fruit shops are within walking distance, there’s a laundry service across the road, and some nice restaurants are close by. We couldn’t rate these properties highly enough and definitely plan to return.

The bedroom view from the mezzanine was stunning in the morning, and we found the place very clean with easy check-in and check-out. We stayed in December 2023 and loved the location, decor, and facilities. It felt like a luxury stay to us. The area is quieter than some of the main tourist spots, but there are plenty of beach restaurants and bars. A taxi is easy to order if you want to visit somewhere busier. We’d definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again.

We were lucky enough to be the first ever “residents” at Sarana Beach Villa. Deb and Ricky gave us such a warm welcome, and the decor, ON beach location, and private pool made for a really memorable holiday. There are plenty of restaurants within an easy walk, along with a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven. Khun Yips little restaurant just across the road is superb, very cheap and delicious, and she’s happy to deliver your meal. The nearby laundry service shop added to the genuine Thai experience!

We spent a month here and honestly, it was bliss. The villas are bright, modern, and nicely equipped, with the beach right outside. There are also plenty of bars and places to eat within an easy walk. Highly recommend.

The villa was beautiful, and having our own stretch of beach made it feel wonderfully private and quiet. It reminded me of Chaweng before it got so popular, with all the pleasures of Koh Samui around us but none of the bustle of the crowded areas. There are lots of restaurants to choose from on either side. We stayed in one of the three villas, and the person who cleans them was lovely. She also gives wonderful massages and can cook if you ask.
