Pancake and Nune made our stay special, especially by arranging a surprise birthday with balloons, cake, and a private chef. They were happy to help organize extra services and anything else we needed. The villa is a lovely place for a group of 8 to 10, with five bedrooms. It sits on a hill across three levels, looking out over Samui. The welcoming staff served breakfast daily and cleaned the rooms. We fell in love with the place and would definitely like to return.

Pancake, JJ, and Nune took great care of us, helping with meals, getting around, cleaning, and grocery shopping. The service was outstanding. Villa Kohia also had a lovely view, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I’d recommend it to anyone staying on Koh Samui.

The sea view and all the greenery were beautiful, and Pancake looked after us so well. Although it’s only about five minutes from Chaweng, the villa feels peaceful and private. We loved staying here and can’t wait to return!

We had an easy, relaxing week here with our two children. The bedrooms are roomy and have blackout curtains, so the kids slept well. The villa was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was simple to get to the beach, and the manager arranged a dependable babysitter for an evening when we went out to dinner. A great family-friendly place.

Pancake was so friendly and genuine, and took such good care of us by cleaning and cooking. The villa and its view were incredible. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to all my friends.
