We loved Sea Dance Resort. The room was perfect, with all the small extras: gel, shampoo, slippers, bathrobes, and refreshments. The lobby, restaurant, and pool are beautiful too. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, though the restaurant was a little pricey. Keep in mind that at this time of year, low tide leaves rocks on the beach, so you can’t swim there.

The little extras made a difference here: there was a complimentary snack table at the restaurant during the day, and we could have meals delivered to our room. Bike rentals and ferry pickup were helpful too. We stayed in a lovely, spacious, clean villa with its own pool, in a pretty and very peaceful resort. The staff were friendly and so helpful, and everything we tried from the restaurant was amazing, with plenty of choice. I’d happily recommend Sea Dance to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

The restaurant and pool staff were lovely, and housekeeping was perfectly adequate. The location was decent, and the reception staff did try to be nice, though somehow it didn’t quite come across. We also ran out of hot water some mornings, even with just two of us showering. What stayed with me was a sense of stinginess, very different from the generosity and kindness we experienced elsewhere in Thailand. For a four-star resort, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a fantastic Valentine’s Day dinner on the beach. It had been arranged in advance, and everything was organized beautifully and felt very romantic. The resort itself is peaceful and lovely, and our villa was spectacular. Staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a delicious variety, and the restaurant served very good food. We’d gladly return and recommend it.

We came from France for a birthday trip as a group of over 20, taking more than 10 rooms for three days and two nights. The whole team made sure everyone was looked after, and special thanks to P’Lek, Khun Nick, Khun Gun, and Khun Get for helping make it such a memorable stay. Choosing this hotel was absolutely the right call, and we hope to come back. They arranged a private party in a stunning venue, with delicious food, a surprise cake, private musicians, and a great fire show. We also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle trips, especially with everyone arriving at different times and our plans changing several times. The team responded quickly to messages and sorted out whatever we needed right away. Reception always greeted us with warm smiles, and no one was left short of care. Love Sea Dance team 🙏🏻🥰
