Tango Beach Resort

We had a great three-night stay. The rooms felt cosy, and the staff were really nice. For what we paid, it was a very enjoyable place to stay. It can't be compared with higher-end hotels, which is why I gave it four stars, but I'd recommend it.

The setting here is hard to describe, in the best way. We stayed a week in a junior suite and had a marvellous time. The resort has an atmosphere unlike anywhere we've been. The pool is lovely, shaded by trees, and there's a short walk through the resort to the beach, so you get both options close by. We ate at Lazy Wave, the restaurant at the resort, and really enjoyed the Thai and Western dishes. They were also very helpful about allergies and food preferences. I have celiac disease, and they took it seriously and helped me find delicious food I could safely eat. I didn't get ill, and neither did my other half, who'll eat anything. We're already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you 🙏

The pool is large and the Wi-Fi was fine, and the room had enough space and the things you need. Still, the beds were saggy in places, so I wouldn't recommend them for older people, and there wasn't noise protection. Breakfast buffet hygiene was marginal, especially with the fruit and salad, which I wouldn't try. Staff mostly seemed uninterested. Fine for a night or two.

For the price, Tango beach was the best place on koh samui. The rooms, pool, and staff were all nice, and I loved staying here.
