The bed was comfortable and the pool was great. We stayed in bungalow B5, and everything was excellent apart from a drain smell in the toilet. The place is a little far from everything, though you can rent scooters for 250-300 B. Breakfast wasn’t that great, but for 250 B there’s plenty to choose from. I don’t really agree with the negative reviews.

The staff were lovely and the food was great, but please don’t leave your laundry here. I’m British and have never had allergies or similar problems before. After using their laundry service, my white clothes turned brown, and every item has caused full-body hives. It’s been five days and is still getting worse.

The hotel is attractive, with decent rooms and a pool, and its location is handy for nearby local events. Communication was sometimes difficult because most of the staff had limited English. Mimi at reception was excellent, though. She spoke very good English and was easy to communicate with. She also helped me find a motorbike to rent. Professional, polite, and very efficient.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and great, the staff were lovely, and the pool was beautiful. The beaches here are much nicer than the ones in central Chaweng. It is a little way from the center, but you can walk there in 15 minutes, or take a Grab scooter for €1.10. There are also nice restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.
