We booked a king size bed but were given a room with three single beds. When we raised it, the receptionist said we could cancel the reservation if we weren’t happy. The bathroom was very moldy and smelled strongly of mold. They don’t provide beach towels, and sound insulation is poor, so you can hear other guests. We stayed four nights, and room service was skipped on the first morning.

The main positives are the beachfront spot and the amenities nearby. The service wasn’t especially impressive, though, and I don’t think the hotel is worth the price. The rate should be lower, particularly since breakfast isn’t included. If you’re thinking of staying, consider it carefully.

It’s just a short walk, about 10 steps, to the beach, and the room has a safe, which is great. The room was cozy and clean, with reasonable prices and friendly staff and receptionists. It’s right in the center of Sairee Beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is close to bars and pubs, so in the middle of the night you may hear backpacker kids screaming and riding around on motorbikes. If you’re not a party rat, this area, including this hotel, may not suit you. These views are from four people across two rooms.

The location is right by the beach, but it gets very loud at night. Service was really unfriendly. For 3,000 baht a night, the room is far too basic, with an old, unclean bathroom that’s well below standard. The accommodation feels more like a dorm or hostel than a hotel at that price. Not worth it.

I spent four nights here without any issues. The beach in front of the hotel was the cleanest and softest I found nearby, and it was quiet enough for relaxing and sunbathing. The location was perfect too, close to restaurants, cafes, boat taxis, and the beach.
