Nat Resort Koh Tao

Right in the center of the island, with big, cozy rooms and careful daily cleaning. The staff were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nat Resort was a great find, and I’ll definitely come back. It’s just steps from the beach, but set far enough into the jungle to escape the noise and bustle of Koh Tao. The room was clean and comfortable, with very good AC, and the staff were kind and helped whenever we needed anything.

We had a cottage with its own bathroom and barely heard any road or boulevard noise. The garden was green and very well maintained, and the friendly staff cleaned our room whenever we asked. There was a black cat at the resort who seemed blind. We named him Stevie and left him cat food and water. After that, he came back to our room each day. We hope future guests will look after him too. :) Edit: I really don’t understand why this place gets bad reviews...

The landlord is diabolical. She double booked me, then wanted to move me after two nights to a room far away across the road, for 1200 B. The room I’d booked was a 400 B fan room. Even though the situation wasn’t my fault, she expected me to pay the higher price. When I said I didn’t want to pay that much, SHE WALKED AWAY MID CONVERSATION, waved her hands at me, and cursed me in Thai. I ran after her with my bags to ask what she proposed we do, and she simply said she was checking me out. PERIOD. I was meant to stay for two weeks. This was my fourth time in Koh Tao, and my third visit this year alone. I’ve never been treated this way. DO NOT STAY HERE. She doesn’t deserve your hard-earned money.
