Fon at reception deserves a special thank you. She was kind, professional, always smiling, and ready to help. She made us feel welcome right away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was convenient and quiet, with a good base for exploring the area. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting nearby.

Everyone made us feel welcome, and the place felt very safe. We’d stay here again. It’s a pleasant short walk to the night market and plenty of good restaurants and bars. The property was well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was a little firmer than we’re used to, but they brought a couple of extra pillows, which helped. The swim-up bartenders were good and did their best despite not speaking much English. A few more hooks and hangers in the room would be handy.

The staff were all lovely and helpful. Mad took care of our luggage, and Tang & Pena at reception were such a pleasure to deal with. I’d recommend the hotel 100%. It’s a beautiful place with a great pool and swim-up bar. Happy hour there runs from 4-6pm, then the lobby bar has one from 6-8pm. There are lots of shops and night markets nearby too.

The atmosphere here is great, with a really chic feel. Breakfast was a highlight: plenty of choice and quality coffee to get the day started. Everyone was so helpful and polite, from the concierge to the bar and breakfast teams. A special mention to the lovely reception crew, Tang Fon, Pena Mad and Ohm, for their smiles and help. It really added to our stay. We’ll definitely return.

Tang and Pie at reception were super helpful and answered all our questions. I’d stay here again 🥰 Our third-floor room faced the pool, which was just right. The pool had a bubble bath feature, and from the balcony we could watch hummingbirds in the tree 😍
