It's very close to the pakbara view point and restaurants, and there is plenty of parking so you don't have to leave your car on the roadside. The room was clean but came with only the basics: no fridge, room mirror (there's one only in the toilet), kettle, or iron. The pillows and mattress were so hard they left me with body aches and headaches.

The rate was THB850 per night on weekdays, and there are 14 rooms. They require a refundable THB200 security deposit, and take QR payment or cash only. It's easy to access, with parking inside the hotel grounds and close to the pier. Our room, towels and bedsheets were clean, the hallway smelled lovely, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The mattress and pillows were far from soft or comfortable, though, and I didn't sleep well. Apart from that, everything was okay for the price.

The people running the place were genuinely helpful and kind. They gave us rides wherever we wanted to go for free and helped with our boat tickets to Koh Lipe. The rooms were clean, air conditioned, and quite nice. The bathroom was a little small, but it had hot water and clean bath towels, so everything we needed was there. It was very reasonably priced at 750 baht, and some restaurants are within walking distance.

We stopped in Pak Bara for the night before taking a boat the next day. The owners were kind and offered us water as soon as we arrived. Our room was roomy and very clean compared with other places we’ve stayed in Thailand. It was quiet, too. There was bottled mineral water, but no kettle, tea, or coffee. The bathroom had dispensers for soap and shampoo.
