The location near sairee beach is the only good thing, and there are plenty of other places nearby. The staff were terribly unfriendly and unhelpful. My room had loads of centipedes, mosquitoes, and other insects, plus there was a rotten durian tree outside it. Don’t get your laundry done here. It came back wet and stained, and smelled worse than before it was washed. I absolutely don’t recommend staying here or giving them your business.

We were meant to stay seven nights but left after just one. The room was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned; the towels were stained, and there was mold all around the room. There was no air conditioning, only a fan pushing the same hot air around. It wasn’t cheap, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. We didn’t get a refund, and they didn’t even question it, which makes me guess this happens a lot.

The location was good, but the basic rooms were horrid. There were bugs and mosquitoes all over, and the mattress was hard as a rock. Staff didn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Given how they treat customers, I can’t imagine paying any amount for these rooms. Avoid it.

This was a gross room, even for a budget stay. The pillows had mold, the bedding was stained, and the curtains were moldy too. The bathroom was disgusting. They might have other rooms, so be careful which one you book. Never again, stay away.

For the price, the place wasn’t bad at all, and I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. It’s a cheaper private room on the island, so don’t expect much, but it does the job. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had to go back for a charger I’d left behind.
