They changed my reservation dates without asking me, and then overbooked the accommodation. My partner and I were left without a place to stay the day before our planned check-in, even though we'd received confirmation. Avoid booking here, since you can't know for sure you'll be able to check in.

The owner was kind, welcoming, and helpful, and we could stay with our small dog without an extra fee. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean and quiet. It's also in a great spot, just a five-minute walk from the pier.

I've always been treated fairly here, and it feels like home whenever I'm on Ko Tao. The owner is a good person who works hard to help visitors and do her best for customers. Ignore the bad reviews from young, rude, demanding tourists; nothing seems to make them happy. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a clean bathroom where everything works properly. The location is easy to find and close to both piers, with good food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. You get what you'd expect for the price and location. Highly recommended.

The rooms were fine, but the atmosphere felt depressing and I didn't feel welcome. Staff seemed far from friendly, frowning when we asked for basic help like checking in or having the room cleaned once every 2-3 days.
