Baansamrarn

A personal item went missing from my room while I was staying there. I told management and asked them to help, but I didn’t feel their response dealt with my concerns. They offered me an early checkout without a refund. I was disappointed by the experience and would choose somewhere else next time.

The rooms were clean, tidy, and well kept, with working showers and air conditioning, plus a big fridge and balcony. The beds were a little harder than we’re used to, though we all slept well, and the linen was fresh with soft pillows. We had two ground-floor rooms and originally booked for one night, but liked it enough to pay for another. The owners greeted us warmly and were helpful throughout. The town and the famous 7 eleven are close by, and we also hired mopeds for a couple of days. It’s a lovely hotel and we’d recommend it to other travellers.

The place was really bad and unclean. The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep, so I booked another hotel and left.

Money went missing during my stay. It was the first time I’d ever been robbed in Thailand, and I can’t recommend this place.
