Al Ameen Hotel

Dear Agoda Customer Service, I’m requesting a full refund for my paid, confirmed booking through Agoda at Hotel Al Ameen Krabi. The reservation was for check-in on 2 May 2025 and check-out on 4 May 2025. Based on what happened and the circumstances around the booking, I strongly believe I was mistreated and that the hotel may have scammed me. I’ve attached the confirmation and relevant documents for you to review. Please investigate Hotel Al Ameen Krabi seriously and take action to help prevent this happening to other customers. Agoda’s association, even indirectly, with operators acting unethically or fraudulently could harm customer trust and the platform’s reputation. I hope Agoda won’t allow itself to be linked with scammers while such hotels continue unchecked. I look forward to hearing back promptly about my refund.

For this price, you get a big room, good air conditioning and a decent toilet. I thought it was worth what I paid, and it’s not far from 7-11.

The parking is limited, but it was alright for enjoying the town area. The room was good, cheap and comfortable.

A good stop if you're driving through. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a refrigerator, and the price for what you get is awesome.
