We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and charming, with a private hot tub on the terrace and a Thai cushion tucked into the reading nook. The infinity pool was well looked after, too. The hotel sits in a quieter part of Ao Nang, but the beach, shops, and restaurants are still close by. Fern was especially thoughtful. She arranged a private tour for us at short notice and even checked in afterward; the other staff we met were just as helpful. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit.

Fern was lovely, and May🌟 at reception went way beyond what she had to when my partner left his phone in a transfer taxi. She helped us get it back, and we did. The staff were all amazing. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from both beaches and around ten minutes from the food market. Rooms are big, with comfy beds and sheets, and the shower was amazing. We skipped breakfast and ate out. Only wish there’d been a pool bar.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a quiet spot within walking distance of the beach and boat landings. We really enjoyed the infinity pool and its view. We had two connecting rooms, one for us and one for our two kids, and both the rooms and bathrooms were enormous.

I stayed in Room 1 on February 16. I found several insects that looked consistent with bed bugs and took photos and video to document them. After reporting what I saw, I checked out early the next morning. I asked for a refund through my booking platform. The property disputed the claim at first, saying the insects were “wood bugs,” and told me the refund would only be authorized if I removed my public review. In the end, the platform processed a full refund. I’m sharing this so future guests can make an informed choice. If you run into a problem, I recommend documenting it carefully and contacting your booking provider directly.
