Food was the biggest letdown. There wasn’t proper Indian food, and breakfast choices for Indian guests were very limited, which made things inconvenient. The service was slow, and staff weren’t very helpful when we needed them. The welcome felt average, not warm. For what we paid, the room condition and cleanliness both fell short. It didn’t feel comfortable or relaxing, and the hotel didn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to Indian families looking for comfort and good food options. Zero out of five.

The location was great for walking, and the room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool and loungers were perfect for days we didn’t go to the beach. The staff were all lovely, though I can’t remember their names. The woman who checked us in for breakfast and the one making our omelets were both so pleasant and cheerful. Pa stood out most. He greeted us with a warm smile and Thai bow wherever we saw him, whether at breakfast, by the pool, or elsewhere. You’re lucky to have someone as kind and genuine as Pa on your team.

Just a two-minute walk from the beach, with a lovely quiet feel and plenty of space. The pools were nice, breakfast had a good variety, and the rooftop was absolutely awesome. It really does feel like a dream hotel.

Maya is a real asset to the organization, and I’d strongly recommend considering her for a promotion or salary increase. As a receptionist, she brings professionalism, reliability, and a genuinely positive attitude to every interaction. She gives guests an excellent first impression and handles things confidently, courteously, and efficiently. Even when situations are challenging, she stays calm and focused on solutions. She also takes initiative, regularly goes beyond her core duties, and is a supportive, dependable teammate. Her work clearly benefits guest satisfaction and the overall working environment. She has my highest recommendation.
