The bed was massive, and the shower had hot water with good pressure. There’s a nice outdoor seating area where you can bring your own food, plus hot water for coffee all day and free tea and coffee in the morning. The staff were lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. I don’t understand the bad reviews, it’s really good value for the money. It’s not a five-star hotel, but you shouldn’t expect that at this price. We enjoyed staying here and will come back when we’re in Krabi again.

The AC in my room was making a really rattly noise, but the staff understood and were very accommodating. They moved me to another room, and I had a great stay after that. It’s an affordable place and a good option in busy Krabi.

The cleaning staff were especially kind and made me feel looked after. The rest of the stay was just tolerable, though. The Wi-Fi was awful, there was loud music from the club next door every night, bugs got in easily, and the bathroom had mould.

The room was spacious and had a huge, comfortable bed. The people working here were really friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. I’d happily come back.

The front desk staff were always ready to help, and there was free coffee and bananas in the morning. The people were nice, but the room itself made for a terrible stay. Nobody cleaned the room or bathroom for days, and the duvet cover wouldn’t stay closed, so the inner duvet kept slipping out. If you sleep lightly, it’s a horrible experience. Only stay here if you fall asleep easily and want to save money.
