The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet, and the pool area was lovely. The mattress was a bit hard, though. Getting around from the hotel wasn’t convenient: it’s secluded and peaceful, but there’s absolutely nothing to do nearby. You have to walk 15-20 minutes uphill or get a Grab or Bolt to reach anything. We were let down by the tour and transport help, which the hotel advertises as a strong point. After breakfast on our second day, we asked at reception about tours. The young man there knew little about them, showed almost no enthusiasm and didn’t try much to find suitable options, so we decided to look elsewhere ourselves. It fell well short of what we expected from the hotel’s claims. We got the impression the owner normally handles this, but someone else was at reception during our stay. We were also told we couldn’t reserve scooters through the hotel. Yet the next day, new guests who’d just arrived rented them right away. That felt unfair and added to our disappointment. The hotel itself is comfortable and quiet, but the service didn’t live up to what had been promised.

The staff were warm, welcoming and professional, and the hotel arranged island trips well and at good prices. I took the Phi Phi Islands tour, and everything went perfectly. Breakfast was simple but good, and the swimming pool was beautiful. It’s in a quiet, local part of Krabi Town, away from mass tourism but within walking distance of parks, the lake, riverside paths and the night market. There’s also a mosque about 10-13 minutes away on foot, and some rooms look out onto it. The rooms are very clean and rustic, mostly wood. They have a natural wood smell that isn’t unpleasant, just something to know. Highly recommended.

The rooftop bar had a lovely view, and the stay was great value for money. I was only passing through Krabi for one night, but the spacious, clean room and nice balcony were a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and I’d stay again!

Town is about a 15-minute walk away. I had a very nice room with a good bed and a clean shower, and the staff were excellent and did a lot to help me enjoy my stay. Breakfast was included and well prepared, with good coffee. I’d recommend it!

The staff were polite and kind, and helped us a lot with tours, laundry and plenty of other things. Breakfast and the facilities were awesome, too! The location was nice, close to the center, and there were scooters available to rent by the day. Our room was big enough, and the hotel was really good. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to stay 🤍
