See, Fit and Name in the Club Room made every visit personal and easy, always friendly and ready to help. We’d definitely recommend paying a little extra for the Club Rooms, since the Club Lounge and the team’s service really elevate the experience. Add, Lee & the pool bar team were fantastic too, greeting us with a smile and providing friendly, relaxed service that suited the Krabi vibe. We also enjoyed the Hamman & Facial at the spa. The peaceful, beautifully designed setting and the relaxing treatments by Rung & Ning were a lovely way to unwind amid Krabi’s natural beauty. We had a spacious, peaceful escape, with clean, thoughtfully designed rooms, very large plush king-size beds, and immaculate guest areas. Our room looked over the lotus plunge pool, which added to the tranquil feel. The resort has five restaurants, two large swimming pools, and a serene private beach, with options for lounging or relaxing by the water. The lobby felt a little warm in the humidity, but the outstanding service more than made up for it. Sunday kindly showed us around and went beyond what we expected. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome and took care of everything. It’s a great choice if you want comfort, relaxation, and attentive hospitality in a beautiful setting.

I’ve had few hotel stays in Thailand as good as this one. We were in a family room that was clean, neat, spacious, and had everything we needed. The grounds are huge, tropical, very clean, and carefully maintained. There are two pools, both a highlight, and service there was exceptional. Cocktails arrived quickly, and staff checked in regularly. Breakfast had a huge variety, looked fresh and beautifully presented, and tasted great. The spotless, relaxing spa was another bonus. From check-in on, every staff member was warm, smiling, professional, and welcoming. The customer service really stood out and made us feel cared for. The hotel is just far enough from the busy party area to feel peaceful, while still close enough to take a Grab to the tourist and nightlife areas in the evening. I only wish I hadn’t split my vacation between two hotels. Within 10 minutes of reaching the new room, I already wanted to come back. If you’re choosing somewhere to stay in the area, I highly recommend this place for a relaxing setting with easy access to the party area.

We were a family of 4 and had an amazing stay in late Feb. 2026. The beach was outstanding, and the grounds and pools were beautiful. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. Food and drinks were relatively expensive, so we ate at local restaurants each day, including a lovely one right next door on the beach. This was the highlight of our trip to Thailand.
