Coming from a 3 star hotel that felt more like 4 star, this place was a bit of a shock. It was spacious and very cheap, and the staff were good, but the hygiene was very basic, even though the sheets and floor were good. The mattress was hard, the room air con was noisy, and there was no air con in the lobby. There was no telephone or safe either.

The weekly Saturday clean is a nice touch: they change the sheets and pillowcases and tidy the room. Manager Poom and the rest of the staff have been kind and quick to help whenever I need something. I've been here for a month, and the spacious, clean, comfortable room has made the long stay easy. I'm really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone wanting a friendly place in Krabi.

Had a good stay, and the place had everything I needed. I'd happily come back. 🫶

Both rooms I stayed in had the same shower problem: the water drained badly, even though the pressure and hot water were good. The staff were helpful, and they cleaned daily and left two bottles of water. The rooms looked clean, with white paint and surface wiring, and the bathroom had a separate shower with nice tile work. There was a balcony, but the AC unit made it too hot and noisy to use. Inside, furnishings were sparse: a bed, fridge and one chair, plus a TV, tiny shelf, mirror, good lighting, an old-style key, luggage shelves and a couple of coat hangers.
