The room was simple rather than fancy, but neat, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and polite. When I accidentally dropped a dress on the way back from the laundry, they returned it. They also offered us umbrellas when it started raining, without us even asking. Those little things felt like real hospitality. It's an easy walk to the riverfront and night market. Recommended.

The people running the place were professional and incredibly friendly. My room had its own internet device, which felt secure and gave me fast internet. They cleaned every day and did a proper job, not just swapped out the towels. I wish I could give this experience 10 stars. One of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price and quality.

I left clothes, more than 20 bank credit and debit cards, and ID cards at checkout, and the hotel still hasn't returned them. They keep telling me, “no have,” and say housekeeping didn't find anything. I'm sure I left everything in the room, so I don't believe they could have missed it all. I've asked for the manager, but got no help, no apology, and no empathy, just a blunt response. If the hotel sees this, I need the manager to call me ASAP.
