The Clover is clean and well managed, with a great pool and gym. There are plenty of restaurants and 7/1 and Family Mart shops within walking distance. It’s not far from the BTS station, and the little buses run regularly for 8 Baht. There’s also a motorcycle taxi stand, with rides costing 20 Baht.

Everything I needed was close by, so the location was really convenient. The gym has good equipment, and the clean pools are nice for a swim or just relaxing. Good value all around.

A good condo with a huge shared area. The neighbors are decent too.

Getting around from this condo can be a pain because traffic in the area is a real headache 😑. But once you’re home, it’s peaceful and quiet, with no noise problems. A relaxing place to live if the commute works for you.

The place itself is clean and quiet, and the security guards are discreet and nice. The juristic person’s service, though, is quite terrible, and they’re unfriendly.
